History
A 1926 advert from an unsuccessful attempt to sell the house states that it was built by its owner at the time, which would have been Albert Rich, who lived in Maine at least as late as 1907. In 1908, the plot of ground was sold to Rich by Charles W. Shultz for $1,100.
1920 census: Maine-origin master marine Albert is living with his wife and 3 children.

In 1934, Walter Nagle is listed as having lived in the house at the time of his death, although I don't believe he was the owner. The house was purchased by realtor G.W. Dieter in 1939, and was sold by 1940 to its next owners, the Kates family.

Elsie died in 1965, and by 1983, the house was occupied by James Doherty, who sold the home to Alexander Kiotis for $83,500. Alexander replaced the roof of the home in 1985. The house was on sale in 1987, and it sold for $149,900. A deck was built for the house in 1990.
